By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. You explicitly agree not to:

Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or proper operation of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, user accounts, or connected networks.

The App is provided as a professional tool service. While we strive to deliver an excellent user experience:
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from server downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any features, functionalities, or the entire service at any time without prior notice or liability.
Certain premium features and advanced tools within the App may require a paid subscription:
Payment Processing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are securely processed through the third-party platform app stores (e.g., Apple App Store).
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) at the then-current rate, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription Management: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID / App Store Account Settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by and subject to the refund policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store) where the purchase was made.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App—including but not limited to software code, design assets, UI/UX, graphics, text, branding, and trademarks—are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or lease any part of our services, content, or included software.
Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, if you misuse the service, violate these Terms, or engage in conduct that harms other users or our platform.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, its affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party within the App.
Any technical malfunction, bugs, or data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms and making the revised document available within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
